Hey hows it going! This week will mark 16 months as a missionary! This was a good week, time is going quick. With our district we set a goal to have 100% participation of members with ALL our confirmed Lessons.
Something Ive been trying to do focus on this transfer is quality vs quantity.
One thing ive learned this week is: This work is not at all mine, this is 100% his work and im just here playing a piece in his hands. Everyday i am humbled at the kindess, joy and Love that my companion has. Everyday I just want to be happy and share the Joy of the Gospel!
A really awesome experience we had was our recent converts, Miguel and Ines were able to go do Baptisms in the Temple with a bunch of members! We were priveliged to go with them. It was so great because Ines is Older and it was a struggle to baptize her. I asked her if she wanted to stop, but she said no! These are people who havent had the opportunity to be baptised yet and it matters little what I suffer to bless them. That just really inspired me, serving a mission is quite a sacrifice although, these people im helping are counting on my companion and I to find them and teach them, so it matters little what i suffer. Im here to help people find their way back home.
Much love! Spread the love! Merry Christmas!
Oh P.S. on sunday we had a big Missionary Christmas concert, they asked me to play the drums! It was pretty great! I felt humbled and blessed that they chose me to do it. It made me miss drums so bad that today we went to Guitar Center and practuced for like 2 hours jaha
Also! Im getting a lot better at cooking!!!
GUESS WHAT MOM!!! I LOVE YOU and also.... I LIKE TOMATOS NOW!!.... miracles never have ceased!
Be full of love and charity towards all men, every soul is precious!
All the Glory to God always!
